1 What products does S&S Coco Trading supply?
We supply cocopeat, coconut husk, coco blocks, coconut fiber, rice husk ash, rice husk, and palm kernel shell. All products are sourced from Malaysia and available for domestic and international orders.
2 Do you accept small orders?
Yes, we welcome orders of all sizes. Whether you need a small quantity or bulk supply, feel free to contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
3 Do you ship internationally?
We deliver nationwide across Peninsular Malaysia from our facilities in Perlis and KL. For international orders, we provide full export documentation and logistics support to ship worldwide.
4 How can I request a quotation?
You can request a quotation by filling out our contact form, sending an email to sscocotrading@gmail.com, or reaching us via WhatsApp. Please include the product name, quantity, and destination port for a faster response.
5 What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer and cash. Payment terms are discussed during the quotation process.
6 Can you provide product samples?
Yes, we can provide product samples for quality evaluation. Sample costs and shipping charges may apply depending on the product and destination. Please contact us to arrange sample delivery.
7 Where are your operations located?
We have three locations: our factory and operations office in Padang Besar, Perlis, and a business office in Kuala Lumpur. Our Perlis facilities handle product processing, quality control, and daily operations, while the KL office supports business development and trade coordination.
8 What is the lead time for orders?
Lead time is typically 2 to 4 days. We maintain stock of most products to ensure fast delivery. Rush orders may be accommodated upon request.
